With over 18 years of experience in the awning industry, Adam brings unmatched knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication to every project. From start to finish, he ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience, with a passion that shows through his attention to detail and top-tier customer service. When he’s not on the job, Adam is an avid outdoorsman. Before launching his career in awnings, he spent years as a professional hunting guide and has proudly passed that love for the outdoors down to his two children, Hunter and Josie. He’s also a dedicated youth hockey coach, always giving back to the community and leading by example. Adam’s hands-on expertise and genuine care for his work and customers set Integrity Awnings apart—you’re truly in good hands.

Selena, known lovingly as NaNa, is the heart of the Paquette family and the driving force behind Camp NaNa, where she cares for up to eleven grandkids with days full of fishing, hiking, baking, outdoor play and beach fun. We incorporate that same warmth and energy into Integrity Awnings, helping create beautiful, relaxing outdoor spaces where families can make memories together.

Heather is our Chief Financial Officer. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration. Aside from keeping all of us in line here, Heather also has a full-time career. Heather and her husband Ken, have three kids, Brantley, Bentley and Kennedy. Outside of work, the Lavalla family enjoys beach days, NaNa days and skiing at the Middlebury College Snowbowl. Heather’s years of experience in the business world keeps Integrity Awnings in our best working order!

Aaron graduated from The Lincoln Institute of Technology in Diesel Mechanics and spends his days as a Fleet Mechanic for a local feed delivery company. Sarah brings her knowledge of Marketing and Web Design expertise gained through her years as a hiring manager in the insurance industry. You’ll find her behind the chair as a hairstylist at Waterfalls Salon & Spa. She has been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 15 years in Addison County. She carries a passion for bringing out natural beauty. Whether she's behind the chair, or envisioning a new outdoor living space her artistic nature never disappoints! Sarah and Aaron are high school sweethearts, and have built a wonderful life on the mountain with their 3 kids, Axl, Lochlan, and Lennox.

Haley is our regional manager of New York! Haley is very personable and always looking at what’s next for the Integrity team. Beyond Integrity Awnings, Haley and her husband Dan also run a small horse ranch in Northern New York, all while raising their two young boys, Kip and Krew. Haley is an avid outdoorswoman, an animal lover, and a business woman in the making. Her friendly personality, sense of humor, and attention to detail are exactly what this team needs!

If there is something that needs to be done in the office, Hannah is our right-hand girl! She may be the friendly voice that answers the phone, or she may be the one getting all the details together to make your Integrity experience top-notch! Hannah graduated from O’briens Aveda Institute in 2019 in Aesthetics. She has a pure passion for beauty and making others feel their best self! Hannah just welcomed the eleventh grandchild into the Paquette family, little Lorelei.

Hunter is our VP's Son. He is thrilled to officially join the family business and gain as much knowledge about everything Integrity Awnings has to offer. Being the first born of 11 grandchildren he has grown into a natural leader. He enjoys staying busy and working hard. Fishing and Hunting with his family are among his favorite things. Integrity Awnings is proud to have Hunter leading the third generation of Paquettes in the Awning Industry!

Colin is our shop manager and fabricator. Colin was raised in Shoreham, Vermont, and graduated from Middlebury Union High School in 2003. Soon after graduation, Colin started in the construction field. He also enlisted into the Vermont Air Guard for six years where he maintained personal fight equipment. Soon after, Colin found himself working for a national awning company fabricating and welding for nine years. Outside of work, Colin enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting..really anything outdoors! With Colin’s vast knowledge and unbeatable skill to the awning business, Integrity Awnings is grateful to have him and welcome him, his wife Amanda, and their son, Seamus into our family!
